There isn't a standard or universal timeline. Greatly varies between applicants (even applicants within the same office). After test validation, give it 3 - 5 months for oath and may be a couple months for "Decision Made" (which is when Language skills, physical presence and prohibitions will be set to "Completed"). It could happen sooner than that though (given you are a 2019 applicant).

Normally, at least 3 months from the completion of your test

lol testing our patience. Already so many month passed given test. now soon its going to be months passed Background Verification also. God knows hope don't have to give 3rd finger print scan also next year.

Test Passed : 19 Feb 2021
2nd FP request : 18 May 2021
Background Verification Completed : 5 July 2021
