I think I’m the only one left in October who hasn’t received and AOR yet. Now starting to think it was also mailed back to me and I haven’t just received it.

Who ever is the designate contact.
In this case it must be you. Will get 3 different emails. Each email pdf which will have application number and uci number etc.

Since I received AOR via email, Can anyone pls confirm whether I will receive all the communications (Including test invite & Oath Ceremony letter) via email? or Should we check the online status frequently? or any physical mail will be sent?

Via email until you instruct them otherwise.

Reading on the other months' threads, it may also help to check ECAS sometimes. There've been a few people who saw "correspondence sent" on ECAS but didn't receive anything, until they call the call centre to resend it.

From my own estimates on the recent timing trends:
AOR to IP: 15-30 days
IP to fingerprint request (not all applicants): about 1 month (best case scenario, may be longer)
IP to test invite: about 2 months (best case scenario, may be longer)

I haven't checked the spreadsheet, but you should also do so if you want an estimate of the timelines.

Since your App Received was on November 5th, I have added these in the Nov tab of the tracking sheet. You might want to join the November 2019 applicants thread.

Application received on October 10th still no AOR yet
Im out of the country for a family emergency since October 20th and I will be back by the end of March in between I got a new passport from back home since it got expired
Should I inform CIC about this or send them a copy of my new passport? If I call them how can they find my paperwork since I didn't receive an AOR?
