I mean , I sent my application via regular letter mail for $3.50 with no tracking. So I have no clue how much time it takes to deliver and if it was delivered or not.
Also, I just realized that I made an error in the address section as I had put my current address and mailing address same whereas it is different. Can that cause a problem or considered as misrepresentation or an error ?
Can anyone advise on that , it's making me worried now ?

Since all my and my son’s documents shows the permanent address, would it be any issues if I dont change it as my son goes to the local school based on the address. Also , do they do any physical address checks ?

As long as you can manage to access your mailbox located at your mailing address and respond to their correspondences in a timely manner it shouldn’t be a problem.
