hi! just want to ask if you guys experience in your profile everytime you log in the status change. If I log in the status show submitted then when you log in again updated then my LOE does not appear in my submitted profile. thanks

The disappearing of the loE upload window is a long standing issue.

You can try removing the cache of your browser and log in again.

If the job title in my LOR is different from the job title in my paystub, should I explain?

In my company, there are several positions that share similar duties, and the payroll system just has a generic title to cover all of them. (for example, there could be Research Scientist or Research Analyst, but the generic tile for these jobs would be Research Associate in the payroll system).

It said "we are processing your background check, we will send you a message if we need more information". does it meant I'm on IP1 or IP2?
