is it normal to have a late BIL?I got my AOR last Oct 5 and passed medical Oct 23.

Yes, there is no specific timeline for BIL. Also, if you are in inland applicant you won't get the BIlL until later in the processing.

Aor is not recieved after a month, you grt it as soon as you make the payment

There is an FD that my mother transferred from her account on my name 3 months ago.. do i need to submit a gift deed for using that fd as a proof of funds?

That’s the same boat I’m on but since it’s the last date of October, it has been suggested we go with November aors
