3. Medicals passed - 21st october
4. BIL - received on october 22nd
5. Biometrics given - on 24th october via vfs
6. Background check - "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more info."

I am at post ITA stage n gathering documents. I claimed 15 points for sibling in Canada. She is citizen over there. What document serves best to prove our relationship. I have following documents

A) 10+2 school certificate with both parent name but no date of birth on it.

B) Her marriage certificate with father name n D.O.B n adress same as my passport but no mothers name.

C) Her birth certificate but in native language n will need translation.

Hey yo, I’m speaking from my experience. My sister has PR and currently residing in Vancouver. I myself claimed 15 points thanks to her.
The following documents that I suggest to include:

1. Her Canadian passport.
2. Her Canadian license.
3. Translated & certified birth certificate showing same parent’s names.
4. Her Canadian recent bank statement showing her Canadian address.
5. (Optional) If she is studying, provide a confirmation statement issued from her education provider that she is in fact attending there // If she is working, then provide a reference letter written by her confirming her employment.

I hope those should be enough to show your relationship with your sister. If you’re still uncertain, get some advice from one of the migration agents.
