I never got any ghost update.
My file is at 62%.
Is there any cases where you just don't get gu at all?

In same boat buddy, my application is at 61% and the only thing i know is my application is with CPC-Ottawa.
I am just hoping for some news in the coming week. I heard Edmonton is slow but Ottawa is processing at normal rate. So lets hope for the best

I have my AOR on 12th October and there is no update on my account. No ghost update nothing. I know its a patience game but just trying to find out a realistic timeline considering they are giving out PR's to people who have November AOR's. Any people in the same boat?

Edmonton VO is known for being lethargic. It has been 2 weeks since I got GU, called IRCC they said all stages are passed (not just "met" or "recommended pass" ) and it is under finalization. Wait is just unbearable ...

Ghost Update. When you login to your profile, it says "Application/Profile Updated" but nothing is changed apparently. It is a good sign and signifies that your file is being worked upon or moved to next phase.

MEP/BIL: Nov 7, 2019
RPRF: Jan 14, 2020

Unlikely most applicants, I did not get any ghost update email right after MEP. My background check had stayed "we are processing your background check" from the beginning until today when I logged in my account and read that the profile was updated (no email notification though). Then I saw the following changes:

• Review of additional documents changed from "We are reviewing the additional documents you provided..." to "Not applicable"
  
• Background check changed from "We are processing your background check..." to "Your application is in progress..."

My questions are:

1. should I be concerned that the review of addition document shows "not applicable"?
2. judging from the status change, does it mean my real IP1 did not begin until now?

Would appreciate feedbacks, thanks!

2. You went into real IP1 after this update
(IP1 IP2 are not the official notations)

I saw we have similar timeline. May I ask if you got the email for the ghost update?
I did not, and I am even not sure if mine was a ghost update (because when I logged in, the profile said updated, and my background check & ADR status did change).
