In between I entered Canada on 29th December 2019 on a Student Permit
Medicals Expired: 2nd August 2020 (Used the same Medicals for Student Permit Application as well as PR application)

I am a CEC inland applicant (AOR October 16). I ordered my GCMS notes and found that my application have been approved in July 7. However, I haven't recieved any emails from IRCC yet. I raised a webform but got the typical COVID response. Is there anyone else in the same boat? any idea what should I do?

20 days. but this totally depends on where your application is processed. The normal processing time is 30 days

Sorry, not sure about that.
In April my file was being processed at CPC-Ottawa. No idea if it got transferred later.
