Oct 17 2019, inland CEC applicant with outland dependents. Got PPR on March 8, sent passports but they returned unstamped and without COPR in the middle of June. Ordered GCMS, called IRCC and got to know that our file hadn't even been finalized at the moment of issuing PPR letter. Even officer review indicates no word like RFV or approved. Moreover, security is not started as of May 19 (the date we ordered GCMS). Moreover, we had our ADRs for schedule A on May 27, two and a half months after our PPR. And why was this passports request, CIC issued it on what ground given that security wasnt' started? I just can not get what is happening. Covid seems to touch IRCC brains.
Anyone following the Nov and Dec Aor threads. A US based applicant in Nov AOR, appears to have received the PPR email but advised not to send the passport yet.

FSW-O - USA Citizen/Resident - Ready to travel immediately - PPR March 11
Update (or lack thereof) this morning: I had submitted a web form last Friday, trying to explain my situation and asking if they could just email COPR.
Got the response back today - it was the standard response with zero case-specific information. I'm not surprised, but figured you'd like to know that little has changed.
