Try to contact your VO,ask them for update, I emailed them and they said I was in queue to be interviewed and some days later they sent to me interview letter.

Just emailed them, I wrote I need an update, I’m October applicant,I gave my Name,Last Name,UCI and application number.

Really happy for you Yes I sent them email too, they replied me they are processing my application and no action is needed to be taken by us. After that on july 20 we received email to send some additional docs to them through email ans we did that too... after that day till now any time I send email they dont reply me

Hi, may I know what is the difference between ECAS and GCkey?
ECAS is where I check my application status online, right? So What is the purpose of GCkey and how it works?

while both update you on your application status, ECAS is the online tool and has a separate timeline for sponsor and separate timeline for applicant and GC key allows you to link your application online and do other stuff like fill the webform or submit requested documents online etc. GCkey also has a timeline bar to let you know how far along the application in. Sometimes they don't update them both at the same time anyways though.

I am not able to link GCkey account with application.. after I put all required information it says “you are not able to link”... what to do?

Does it say that they cannot find your application or just you are unable to link?gckey took some people lots and lots of attempts to link you have to try different ways. There are many threads about this try checking this one and trying their way.https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-i...per-to-online-application-using-gckey.483389/ They explain it well. For most an average of twenty something tries before linking. Hopefully you'll get it linked soon.

yeah. Just keep trying. Capital letters, small letters etc etc. If you used up your 5 tries try again tomorrow until one time it will link. It gets frustrating at times.

I did try today and cant try again.. I will ty again tomorrow
