Thanks man, yeah the last adr did it for me. I’m actually surprised they opened it so quickly. I was settling in for a longer wait. I think they’re working hard to clear all the older files(>10 months), thank god.

Check my signature for my detailed timeline. I got my medicals done in September but they were passed in November, so I guess they were valid till November.

Proof of funds. Got one on September 4 which I fulfilled on September 6 but they claimed they didn’t receive the documents and sent the same adr on September 16.

oh dear God ........ are u saying that SS in some cases took up to 1 year plus the time it took IRCC to pass Eligibility???? so my one year period starts from june 11 2019 ??????

Since start of biomateric, SS time is 6 month from start of security in most cases.

Guess there may be several red flags in my case:
- nationality (Russian) + occupation (programmer): may potentially influence the election
- extensive travel history (no idea why many people with a big number of trips are sent to SS)
- strange travel history: I traveled to European countries, but then suddenly started visiting Istanbul (Turkey) once a month (tried to pass PTE-A for Australia actually) - even Russian border service often asks me about these trips when I cross the border

In some cases it takes two years
Don't worry, security of most SS cases is processed during 5-8 months currently. Just relax, there is nothing we can do

LOL... your case seems to be normal. Am sure you will get PPR soon. By the way what's your AOR? Did you not order GCMS or CBSA notes?
