Promotion or slight change is job responsibilities shouldn't really affect much .. but it's best to keep them updated.

As far as the sibling residence goes.. you might have to provide proper documentation as soon as possible.( I haven't researched what is required for sibling stuff though )

It usually takes them a long time to raise an ADR for anything.. so it's best to be proactive.

Buddy, I haven't attached my work experience letter when I applied, I attached my JD, so after 6 months when I was in alot of tension I attached work experience letter via webform, thought there could be RR on work experience letter whereas as per GCMS they accepted all my employment docs.

Now, I am worrying can officer get confused by that ?

only way to find out would be gcms notes .. it would say Review Required if the file is under RR

Since eligibility is recommended pass - the file could be in queue for final officer to approve before ppr

You could Email MP's office but the feedback will be similar unless when you call CIC - you can specifically ask if you are having RR on your file
