People have also received ppr mail via cic account ...so check both regularly mate .
No, there is no ppr mail via your cic account. Its always a Email from IRCC with attachment.
Calling them is so difficult and many times not helpful.

Very true, two weeks before agent told me eligibility passed , now getting vibes i am under security screening
Today makes it 206 days and counting since I submitted my EE application (AOR Oct 6th) with Visa office Ottawa.
Friends whose visa office was Accra have started getting PPR(s) while those that haven't are getting ADR(s) that lead to PPR(s).
I'm so tired right now, i can't feel my legs....feels like I'm disappearing.
