How long it will take to get reply of web form?
I raised on Monday

They usually reply in 3-4 business days. Even I raised one yesterday after not being able to get to an agent

I passed my medical exam and after that cic asked my additional docs.i submitted the same last month but my file is still on that stage no status updation... I am waiting when they will ask for my biometrics.so my question is that are they still reviewing my additional docs..

Hello all ,
I have RR in my eligibility, agent cut off 40 points for my Canadian experience as per GCMC note.

Now firstly, I did work from agency for 3 months then same company hire me as full time.on experience letter my HR clearly mentioned 3 months period from agency and on 2nd letter she mentioned my company working duration. I did not put any letter from agency as my HR mention every thing on company letterhead

Secondly, I put 3 paystub from agency 2 paystub from company and 1 current pay stub at the time I submitted my file, all duration has different pay on it as they increase my pay after 3 months they hire me, but on the job letter my HR mention only current pay at that time they were giving me

Now I am not sure what they are reviewing on my file.i am still with the same company and they promote me after I applied,

What should I do now my AOR 4Oct

I'm actually trying to call them today lol

IRCC customer support is not reachable. I have tried multiple times. Either the call drops or You hear the operator that we are receiving a high call volume.
This is insane. Trying from last 3 days and no luck.

Yeah I agree totally! You hear them for 5 mins before you reach the We are receiving high volume of calls today!

I have already sent a CSE as I completed the 6 months time 2 days ago. I filled the webform and asked these Ba*t*r*ds to update me as what is going on.
