Approx by when should i expect the mail for PPR then?
Do they have any timelines for that?

You should call ircc to confirm if your application is approved. If approved, then PPR will come anytime within a week to a few weeks after approval

You might have entered wrong application number or your file is being processed out of Canada.

I think you need to call Ircc to know the current status. That you don't have any message on your account doesn't mean work is is not going on. If you'll call them, ask the agenthe specifically that you want to know the status of your eligibility, criminally and security . Hope this helps

My file is outside canada. And the status shared by consultant is:
Review of eligibility - we are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirement.
Review of medical results- you passed the medical exam.
Review of addl. docs-we do not need add docs.
Interview- do not need interview.send message if required
Biometric- do not need fingerprints
Background check- application in progress. Will sent message when we start your background check.
Final decision- your application in progress. We send message once final decision has been made.
