Hi, I just submitted my current passport. My old passport wasn’t asked at the VFS. I spent close to two hours in VFS Hyderabad yesterday as it was a complete mess without token system. Actual processing time will take not more than 15 mins. But you might have to wait for your turn if there are others in the queue which totally depends on the number of applicants in VFS at that particular time.

with passport request but no request on CIC account?

Congrats that is the Golden Mail! Just follow the process mentioned there for your stamping. What was your AOR?

It is a date assigned for internal processing for the case officers from what I have read on forums. As your eligibility is Met, you have crossed the biggest hurdle in the process.

IRCC will ask you to get your biometrics done. If they do not ask, you are not expected to submit anything. For Indians, all applications from 1st Jan have biometrics requirement I think

I would also suggest you call and speak to IRCC once

Correct. I heard the VAC asks for Biometric enrollment so was wondering perhaps PR visa applications have to give biometrics during visa application submission.

In some cases, they do not take much time. But again, each case is different. Hope for the best!

Heyy... my AoR was on 1st Oct 2018..... i received my PPR mail on 12th Feb... but due to some error on my agent’s part the mail was lost... they notified me about the PPR 4 days before the last day of Passport submission... thankfully our passports reached the IRCC New Delhi on 13th March.... now waiting for update...

Then how did you get to know that ppr mail was already delivered to you? Did you find it in your inbox? By the way, congrats for this.
