5 months is the new normal for FSWO Indians after Medical Passed. The so-called IP2 related activities are bound to happen around that time and it could be a little over 5 months also. So you can relax.

You are right. I have noticed this too.

I am Nov 2 AOR, so I am expecting IP2 or are atleast some kind of movement during 1st week of April

No Update after that. Called CIC twice and they said, everything is fine in the application. BGC not started. They are checking the eligibility. In IP1 since Nov 24, 2018
Going to complete 5 months on March 24.

I have been a silent but an active reader in this group

AOR : 26th Ocober
FSWO : India
4 applicants including self, Spouse and 2 kids.

Still in IP1

Nothing has moved so far and no ADR also ..

Called CIC last week and was advised by the agent to wait as I am still with in 6 months mark.

Hope this is normal trend.

My R10 was completed on December 17 and since then my file has been untouched. No idea when they're going to pick up the file

I tired multiple times using below method, I always get message saying "We experiencing high volume of call, please call after sometime.".

Call +1-613-944-4000 from Google hangout dialer.
1- English
1 - Immigration, passport, VISA
1 - IRCC
Call transferred to CIC.

1- Check processing
1 - application
2- become a PR
2 - application starts with E
enter application followed by #
1 - to ensure what your application is correct
enter date of birth
1 - to ensure what your application is correct
1 - to proceed to status
0 - agent

your steps are correct, but you might want to try at a better time. You have a better chance of being put into the call waiting queue if you call them about 8AM CT, they are usually more likely to answer fast during the mornings of Thursday and Friday. I would suggest try a time before 9.30AM CT though.
Also, don't call within the last hour of their closing time, they don't accept new calls into the queue, since the old ones will be processed till they close at 4PM.
