Has anyone been able to call CIC in regards to the bad gateway problem.

I can log in but can't view the status of my application
 
So I just called CIC right now. They said (EDIT: I mean the automated voice) said "due to some circumstances our agents cannot access the computers with your file data."
I guess this is why our accounts aren't opening either.

I don't think this means they are sending out our PPRs - I just hope all our data is safe:oops:

Just got my GCMS after two weeks of requesting. Says my Eligibility is passed, Criminality Ongoing and Security not started. But reading through the notes I’m seeing Recommended Pass for Criminality. What does Recommended Pass mean ?

i'm keeping some optimism by facing this issue, hope it'll rain PPR's for all
