Called CIC , via hangouts .
After a 30 minute hold, I was told that
VO - Ottawa
Eligibility - MET ( not reflected on profile)
But security and criminality has not started yet.
25 days to my estimated date of completion.

Planning to order GCMS notes, but I'm not sure if that would help me right now
I am also in the same situation. Eligibility passed but background check hasn’t started yet. Last update was on 15th Nov which was just a message “How to find a job in Canada”. Nothing since then. Hope we get it before the end of 6 months. 27 days to go.

If your eligibility is met - you're good.
GCMS notes are more helpful when eligibility has issues. Because otherwise for BG check and security there is nothing we can do.
Just give it time. I have a feeling CIC always has updates on Tuesdays and Thursdays - some of OCT India single applicants moved to IP2 recently, maybe you will too, soon.
