You can wait till end of this week, if the status do not change, then you can check with the clinic.

I'd suggest to fill it up digitally using a PC and then print it to sign and date it. Then, scan it into a pdf to upload it.

Don´t worry.

My AOR is October 6, and I am still waiting for the update (Medicals Passed). But UCI number and background status both changedon Nov 5. Sometimes they take more time in process the update on medicals, but it doesn´t mean that something is wrong or that they are not doing other checks like R10.

I called IRCC last week, and they confirmed me that everything was in order (R10 check done for me), that they received the reports by clinic and are reviewing. So, we only have to be more patient I hope you see the update soon (hoping you that much sooner than me LOL... I have been 51 days waiting hahaha)

I also need to fill this form but I really don't know what Visa office processes my application. I wrote an email to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca and currently waiting for the reply.
Kyiv Visa Office said that I can find this information in MyCIC AOR letter but there is no such information in it.

UPDATE: I found info, that it is normal to write IRCC in office name and ONLINE in office address.

I'm still waiting for Biometrics request. Has anyone in this group received a PCC request already? Can you share the details?
