If we've received the MEP update, can we assume that the completeness check is done? Or can they ask for an ADR even after MEP?

R10 check will most probably be competed around MEP date. Even if R10 check is complete, it doesnt mean you will not get ADRs later on..

I wish that weren't true! I'm dreading getting an ADR for Kuwait PCC I passed my medicals a week ago so I was hoping that I was out of danger...

My sister's timeline's as follows:

AOR: October 18th
Medical Pass: November 16th (today)
Request for Biometrics: November 16th (she will go for Biometrics on sunday - which is a working day in Qatar).

After getting her Biometrics done, what is the next step? Will they provide a letter of confirmation or something that she needs to send to CIC?

I saw this. not my case, but I went ahead and retreated my application. not even worth it (since the process would have taken at least 2 and a half years officially)

They take 5 working days to respond. Now you can just wait and hope. But I think it should be OK

After providing biometrics, in a day or two they will update the status showing 'biometrics is completed' . For some people that took several more days. There is no confirmation mail at least in my case.

I don't think it is. My application has been having this same status since the day I got the AOR (Nov 7th). I am FSW-Inland applicant and am pretty sure my medicals will probably be just received by CIC in the coming week (as told to me by the medical staff in mississauga).

Even I had the same as your from day one, since AOR.
