No my background has not started after RPRF however there is something else that has confused me.
My BG until RPRF said that: we are processing your Background.
As soon as I paid RPRF it said: We will message you when we start your background.

@shelly_ksa , I never check it. just waiting for the golden mail..last two week is holiday in CA so I never expect any movement in my application.

We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you.
Make sure you read your messages and take action when we ask you to. This will help move the application process along.
Has anyone also seen this message. Someone in this thread said that if 90 days are past we see this message. My AOR is 8th Oct if anyone also seen this message after 90 days please share.
Or does it indicate that I can expect some additional document will be asked in upcoming days? Anywaz I was already asked for additional documents which I provided in Nov end.

yes, unfortunately it can take more than 6 months. In fact i would say keep an expectation of hearing something between 6-8 months. That way there will be less disappointment.
Here is a helpful link. This list contains all the people who have put their case on the website belonging to the FSW-inland stream(I am also fsw-inland btw). The dark green highlighted cases are the ones who have so far received PPR.
If you notice there are a LOT of people in it who are sitting with their applications submitted long ago but no decision yet.
