RR is just a note the officer who got the decision

Dont be dear we all gonna pass these moments everything is gonna be ok just be patient in worst cases theyll reject it and its not the end of the world

Means... We still have reasons to keep our hopes alive seeing other months' data.
We are still not forgotten or left behind by IRCC.
