Does anyone have Ralph's email id ? I think contacting him may help.
this delay is beyond my imagination as they don't touch files for 3-4 months and than declare them as complex to process.

On the IRCC website, there is a contact no. To NDVO. Try contacting there.

There is one toll free number and when I called they said that they do not entertain queries related to immigration. Do you have any other number?

This is Canada number and I already spoke with them. They informed me that they do not have details for file being processed overseas. My visa office is New Delhi. Did you or anyone receive any status update for overseas file?
