Got my PPR this afternoon, 130 days after AOR. No ghost updates. Just a request letter in my CIC account to submit my passport within 60 days.

Ghost update is when you get an email that their is an updation or message in your account but when you log in and check your account looks same , it has no change.

I think no email notifications are triggered anymore for ghost updates. This is what many, who received such updates, have reported .

Hopefully I will get next month Aor 5th Oct. PNP Inland(AB) and VO - Etobicoke, no ghost update till now.
