even my 6 years old son e-cas shows in Process. I thought he will be first one to get his citizenship !!

Same boat here, DM since January 15th, Monreal office.
Still nothing while some people from Montreal passed the test after me and had DM way after me and already got their oath invitation.
I don't understand the logic behind this !

Would anyone care to share their oath ceremony experiences?

The oath ceremony took about an 1 hour. We were asked to show the oath invitation letter and PR card to get into the ceremony hall and they took media declaration form at the entrance. Once they checked in, we signed a form stating that we don't have criminal charges that would refrain from taking citizenship and gave our PR card back to the officer. After the officer briefed about the ceremony details, Judge entered the hall and talked for a while. We repeated oath after the Judge in English and in French. Then the Judge handed over the citizenship certificate and finally we sang Canadian National Anthem. At the end of the ceremony, people got some extra time to take pictures with the Judge.

Waiting Its been so long. Why is it taking so long?

i think based on calgary trend it would need at least 3 weeks from DM to Oath letter

Are there any good threads about the test? My husband has 12 days till his test and he has listened to the audiobook a little but it is a TON of information.

Just make sure he read the book, and practice the tests, you can find them in the excel sheet.
