is there a change in ECAS after they send oath letter?

Did they say when to expect oath how long was interview? im also from calgary test on feb 2

they said 1-3 months. Today my e-cas changed to Decision Made
the interview was too fast and the officer checked few pages on the passport and no questions.

Hi,
even if baby is less than 2 years is it necessary to send her birth certificate also? nothing is mentioned like that anywhere! I already applied without baby's birth certificate. Do you think that will be returned?
Please suggest

birth certificate is MUST..and is included checklist you have to attached with the application..
they return my whole family applications.. just because of that coz i didnt attached my kids birth certificate..
