It is still early to judge , but it is expected to get slower and slower. The number of citizenship applications is expected to increase because remember that due to the 4/6 new rule applied in June 2015, IRCC received very low number of new applications. So after June 2016, more & more people become eligible again for citizenship and will start applying!
as a side note, I noticed that AoR is taking from 1 week to 4 weeks even for applicants from the same city and who sent their applications on the same day.. It does not make any sense.. do you guys know why?
