any idea when would I get the AOR ??

Give it 2-3 weeks after being received.

My application was delivered on 17th and other applicants who got the application delivered after mine have got the AOR.
Does that mean there is some problem with my application?
Will it be returned ?

My application was also delivered on Oct 19th. I am still waiting for AOR. Hope that I would get it this week... fingers crossed.

Recently the timeline for CIC to return an application is within a month from the date it was delivered.

Most likely everything is OK with your application. CIC usually gives 5 weeks max, from delivery date to AOR. Check the sheet from Sep and Aug and you will see that some people have waited a month for AOR. If someone needs to wait a month for AOR that doesn't mean that something is wrong with the application, if fact most of those who wait longer for AOR are getting the test invitation faster after that.

so my question should i write in citizenship application form all the five years or just last four years

I am talking about question 5 J: income tax information .

Did anyone's application get accepted with hand written studio name and address .....

Please advice as I do not have Costco or any place near by that has stamp to put on that size of a photograph.

They sent a letter stating

"Child's photograph not dated and stamped by photographer."
