Hello everyone, Please advise
My application (submitted on 13 oct 2017) is returned today as incomplete, i included IELTs-Academic, but it is not acceptable to them, they only accept General Test.
Please advise me regarding the following:
- I am planning to include Language proficiency document and return the old application is it okay? Previously it was a family application but now I will apply separately as other members of my family can not provide language proficiency evidence at this time.
- I will send the old Application Fee which is for three people, will IRCC refund me the fee of two other members of my family as they will apply latter.
-Is one year Graduate Certificate of a College ( one year diploma) acceptable for IRCC as prove of language? Or can i submit the college language placement assessment test result which is just a piece of paper, written by hand?
If this is the first time you order the notes, I would first check if all information is correct, basically client details and eligibility absence (for travel records). I would also check my primary office and secondary office, as well as paper file location. Then the most interesting sections would be assessments to see what have been done. After that, I would read through the whole notes to see each detail. Sections that I found interesting are triage, refusal grounds, and notes.
Based on my understanding so far on October applicants, all GTA applicants (except Hamilton) are processed at either Scarborough or Mississauga, with the exception of FP and RQ applicants, who are processed at St. Clair office. I have not seen a straight forward case processed at St. Clair, as only FP and RQ applicants are processed at St. Clair. Hamilton is a separate office which process applicants from Hamilton, Milton, Burlington, and Oakville.
