Hi,
can anyone share his/her experience regarding finger prints, My wife have received a letter for FP we went to local police station but they gave us an address of private agency where they took the finger prints electronically and filled up a required form and the lady told me that they will send it to RCMP and then RCMP will send to IRCC after necessary checks.

1) Is this the right procedure?
2) RCMP will send direct to IRCC?
3) How long RCMP will take to send it to IRCC? ( as per the lady at private agency normally its a process of two to three weeks but she said RCMP will send it in one week)

Sharing your experience will be highly appreciated.

1. yes. it is the correct procedure.
2. yes. They will. However, you can select an option that RCMP should send to you home address and then you post to IRCC. either way works.
3. for me it took 4 to 5 business days

Here same the call center are nor helpfull until you get AOR

Mine was received on Oct 16th

And in case you are not available what can you do ?

You can contact them to postpone it. Although, it's better to change your travel plans than to postpone your test. Who knows when they'll get around to it. Also, I think you also need provide a good and valid reason as to why you won't make it.

I think you sent your application on Oct 19 and it was received on Oct 23. Later, on Dec 13 you received your AOR.

Can you let us know your Physical presence days and application type (Single/ Family)
