Finally I have some information on my application. Seems like I have missed email which they sent on Nov 6 regarding my AOR.
After calling customer care number. I found that they received my application and AOR is sent out with application number.

My ECAS is also updated as below:

1. We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on October 10, 2017.

my home address and mailing address are showing different even though i selected mailing addr same as home addr on application form. my mailing address is super old one, before i came to Canada. it is on their file when i had applied for PR. Shall I contact CIC or update webform or leave as is ? or is it normal ?

I was in same situation, then I changed my address online. You can not change only mail address so I changed my home address again as same old one, then I selected mail address same as home address. Now seems to be fine. But you can call them I am sure they can help, let me know if you do call them.

Hi guys, I'm seeking some advise on how to update my address. on December 1st I will be moving to a new apartment. I'm not sure if updating E-Case is enough! should I call in to talk for an agent?
