Hello,
I have a problem. I submitted my application on October 11 2017, for some reason i assume my browser kept old version of application CIT0002. Then I look now at the form it looks different. Question what should I do? Should I mail new form or should I wait for my package to be returned, and then send updated form?

Is your form from October, or before?
You can tell this by looking at the bottom left hand corner of the form. It will say something like

• CIT 0002 (08-2017) E
  or
  
• CIT 0002 (10-2017) E

If it is 10-2017 then you are fine, you used the post C6 form
If it is something else, then you used the pre C6 form

If you didn't use the October form then I advise phoning IRCC and ask them. I see little point sending follow up letters to IRCC when they haven't started processing your application. You will have to send it to Nova Scotia, it will need to be opened and examined and (more than likely) sent to your processing centre where it will be processed. Remember this is still a heavily manual process. Probably a physical file of all your documents, this has to be found and the letter added. I should imagine it becomes a mess if they receive additional information before they have even started processing your application.

Phone IRCC over a couple of days, see if their responses are aligned, and then decide to act.
More haste, less speed, as the saying goes. Let the waters settle a bit before taking more hasty actions

Its probably a mistake by the admins of the file. It is unlikely that that person would have gotten it as many before him have not received any AOR. Can the admin clarify if indeed one person has received the AOR for Oct?

Thank you for your replay.
I did find the application that I sent on October 11, on the bottom left says CIT 0002(08-2017) E, looks like is not the right one and I don't know how is this possible since I opened the page and completed on October 11. The only way I can think about is that my browser saved somehow older version from days before.
Is it only me that have CIT 0002(08-2017)E version on October 11 ?
