Finally in Process today so I dont have to worry about returning my file....yiippiiiiiii fresh air for me. Hopefully lot of fellas will get their AOR and In process status soon... Best of Luck guys......
I have finally received my AOR today. Application received on Oct 16 and I also forgot to sign on the back of my photos and has stamp behind it. I think it rarely matters unless there is no stamp behind your pic to verify it.

Writing the name on the back matters for family applications. If all the photographs are clumped together for all applicants in a family, IRCC will have no way of knowing who's who.
In all cases, however, photographs need to be stamped and dated by the Studio.
I noticed that too and was surprised, that must have been challenging... To see later October applicants receiving AOR before an October 3rd applicant.
Are you able to log in to your application (Ecas) before it is considered "in process?" My AOR was issued on Oct 17 but I have not been able to log into the Ecas system. Is something wrong with this??
Hi all, these questions may have been answered before. What happens once you receive your AOR? Does your file go to the case processing centre in Mississauga or directly to the local office near me (Toronto Etobicoke or St.Clair office)?
Is it considered to be "In Process ecas" when you can see that status on login or do you receive an email to that effect?
Thanks a lot.
Your application should be sent to the office closest to you however, if that office is backlogged, they may send to a nearby office.
In process is when you have a third line on your ecas stating when they started processing your application.
