Anyone have any updates on this, or is it pretty much just a waiting game?
No I didn't. I had a hard time booking for a medical schedule prior to submission due to lockdowns. I just uploaded a schedule confirmation for my medical appointment in my submission.

Hi I have received my AOR Aug 17th and submitted my upfront medical as well. But it's been more than 60 days and still haven't received biometric request. Is it normal?

How you went through upfront medical I means you went directly to the hospital with invitation letter only ? which city in Pakistan you did ? can you kindly explain ?

No need for any letter, I called the designated hospital branch at Lahore and told them that I need upfront medical for PR. They didn't asked for any letter or anything. After upfront medical they provide you with information sheet that you have to upload with your application.
What do you mean by upfront medical? shouldn't take place before you submit the application and receive AOR? and who requested from you?
I did my medical check before i submit the application. After my medical appointment I was given an e-medical report which I uploaded it into the system.

I requested the medical appointment before the application submission ( called upfront medical) , but they reply below:

Please share the IME numbers for all the four applicants, as this number is mandatory for us to have, before we offer you an appointment.
