I was referring to the return flight back to Toronto. Assuming your return is from Abu Dhabi, then you will need to take a test at Abu Dhabi as well to be allowed to board the flight to toronto.
Not sure about the rules for the childen though.
For your flight to India, you are OK - no worries. The test from Canada is enough to reach India

I believe covid test is not required for kids below 5 years when travelling to India ( still confirm the same from Airlines). So any RT-PCR test done at Canada in last 72 hours before the departure will be valid in India on arrival irrespective of the transit route taken by the traveler. But please note than while travelling back to Canada from India you need a RT-PCR test from Genstring laboratories at Delhi Airport ( if travelling through direct non stop flight). Else if you are travelling through a transit country then you need to get RT-PCR done from that country even if the transit time is as less as 1 hr.
My family member's OCI status has not changed "Counter Delivery to BLS Centre after OCIstamping " from this in last 3 days. earlier It used to get delivered very quickly after processing.
Hi everyone, need advice please. I had submitted OCI + passport surrender applications by post earlier this month. Today I got an email from BLS that both my applications are being sent back due to:OCI ( birth certificate of spouse not having her parents name - even though I didn’t apply for her and she is born Canadian), passport surrender (they mentioned application is perfect but due to common bank draft they are sending back this one too)
I had paid around 120$ for pick up and drop offs, is all that money gone or I can request for some pay back ? Because this time I will try going for walk in ( will go stand in line around 6am), please advise

I have applied for SC and OCI together. The BLS status shows Surrender certificate underprocess and in transit from bls center to consulate office and OCI status shows just under process. I also looked up under ociservices.gov.in but it just says no file found. Do anyone know what would be the timeline from this point. I have my trip planned for dec mid. Any help would be appreciated.

Four. Two for passport and one each for the other two. Keep in mind the specs are different. Go to pro passport photo if you can. They have all the specs for OCI and Canada passport

It’ll take two weeks to show at OCI services site. When you apply? Mid December maybe tricky as if you applied recently, you may not get it in time. You need to give yourself a full 6 weeks from the date you submitted the application at BLS. I am getting my OCI today and it is 6 weeks and 2 days since I applied in person
