My OCI is dispatched(13march 2025) from delhi and received at Vancouver jurisdiction I checked on OCi website but on BLS site still showing under process .Any idea when I can get it home

Hi, I am stuck with same error too, Did you find any solution ?

I have recently updated my phone number using Form 8 online and the status says EROLL_UPDATED. When I try to download my eEPIC also it shows my correct phone number as XXXXXXX09 but, when I try to add the EPIC number in the Profile section, it still shows up the old phone number ending as XXXXXX17 and OTP is sent to the old phone number which I don't have.

Error says Mobile number in Eroll is different from Profile section.

Does anyone know how I can add my EPIC number to my profile?

I was stuck at above situation with my account as 'overseas elector'. So, I have created a new account using my dad's phone number as 'Indian Resident Elector' and epic number, as his phone number and epic number are aligned to receive the OTP. Then once his profile is clear i.e., I navigated to right side top 'Profile' section and added epic number clicked on save, OTP got triggered to my dad's mobile and entered OTP and profile successfully updated with Epic number.

Now, I clicked on 'Add member' and searched with my Epic number which fetched my details and clicked on Save. Form 7 can be submitted by anyone for you who live in the same assembly constituency. I went to Form 7 and selected option as 'for somebody else' or 'someone's behalf' and Form 7 electronic version shows up. I filled in few details in that form and few details were already pre-populated. After submission I got the acknowledgement number and electronic version of Form 7 which has all details.

I submitted the application on Feb 16 and statuses changed in 3-4 weeks from Submitted > FRV Submitted > Field Verified > Directly referred to ERO > Accepted > Eroll Updated. We did followup with few people in the RDO or Tehsildar office. Finally, the epic number is now deleted from the electoral roll

Basically all you need is a close contact in India who resides in same Assembly constituency as yours and their phone number and Epic number are linked already. The Assembly constituency is mentioned in the e-Epic card which can be downloaded from the Voter Services Portal.

Check on BLS tracker, sometimes it gets skipped and BLS picks it up.

BLS says - processing at consulate. No update today as well on the delivery date.
Called up BLS - they said we will have to wait for consulate to receive the same.
Been 7 days now.

Hi everyone. Can someone please tell me how long it takes to receive my OCI card in mail after it is processed in Delhi but not yet dispatched? I have attached my current status and I have my flight to India on March 23. I need to check if I should apply for evisa or not

I have received my OCI card today.
My BLS status remains the same. "Passport ready to dispatch after OCI stamping"

Hopefully yours in a day or 2 will be dispatched.

After making multiple calls and raising multiple tickets finally status changed to Under Process

BLS website status - Changed to Under Process today(March 13th)

Any idea how long they take to verify and send the docs to CGI vancouver?

How to book Purolator for OCI application ? Do I walk in to a Purolator center or ? Also do we need separate envelope for 3 application ? and how many return envelops ?

Normal process is to call BLS to book courier.

can you share steps for Mail application ?

1. Start the OCI application
2. Call 7786524855 and get the purolator prepaid labels.
3. And also tell them your category of OCI. For example - self application or minor kid or spouse etc.. They will tell the list of documents to be uploaded and also attested copies you need to send via post.
4. Complete the application with the uploaded documents.
5. Arrange all the docs and attested copies and send it through purolator. Purolator guys will pick the package from your home.
