Hello Everyone, I had applied for walk in OCI application on 8th December - BLS Brampton
The application on OCI tracker website says date of acknowledgement - 10th January & under process.

How long would it take for the OCI to be completed. Anyone applied around the same timeline can help?

You may get update on oci website around 10th Feb and should be ready for collection or delivery to home around 20-25feb.

35 - 40 days it takes to go in processed state from acknowledged state. So next week it should go for you too.
~2 weeks after that you should get it in hand. So early March or end of Feb.

yes, i will include two applications in one Purolator.

I am planning to do the same. One of my friend called them, they said as per new guidelines the individual applications must sent in separate courier and cannot be combined. But if we still send it as one, hope they don't create some other issue out of it.

I applied OCI on 10th Jan 2024, today, 5th Feb 2024, it got updated on OCI Online Services as Date Of Acknowledgment, I applied at BLS Brampton, walk-in.

It is very unfortunate. Thank you for the information.
Let me know if this is another silly mistake to do but would it be ok to submit an affidavit for change of signature along with my OCI application so that I can have the same signature as my Canadian Passport ?

Im with that same OCI "Processed date" as yours. Expect it to be in your hand on Feb 14-15th Feb.
