@eas2lv may be a repetitive question for you but BLS updated the info from "Processing at Consulate" to: Counter Delivery to BLS. What will be the next steps now?

Application Status

(Counter Delivery to BLS Centre after OCI stamping)

"Passport ready For Dispatch after OCI stamping" tomorrow (16th) and tracking number later in the day.
Purolator delivery: 17th

The number 608... is your purolator tracking number. Looks like they forgot to update the status to "Ready for dispatch...".

I got tracking numbers for both of my OCIs. Neither application's status has been updated on the BLS portal. Looks like BLS is either severely understaffed or overloaded with work or both

Glad to know.
I would have expected such updates to be automated -- when the document from CGI is scanned, status would automatically update, when label is created, tracking number would get added etc. Without that it would be hard to ensure a proper process progression. No idea what kind of setup do they have. Its a miracle that they do not routinely misplace our passports and documents.
