You status at BLS was ready for dispatch yesterday ?

Yes all three had that dispatch message yesterday evening. One of them had tracking number at around 6 pm. And the other two just had ready to dispatch. But then had tracking numbers updated later around 8 pm.

The one that had 6 pm tracking number was the one that got picked up from BLS last evening and today its on the way for delivery.

The other two yet to be picked up. If I am interpreting courier tracking history , it seems like pick up happens only after 4 pm, so the two others will most likely be picked up today after 4.

That is the BLS inconsistency in display. For some status doesn't change at all (no, counter delivery, or tacking number appears) but still gets dispatched on time.
For me everything happened as per the "book" -- counter delivery update at 4:30pm yesterday, ready for dispatch around 10:30 this morning, purolator label created by noon, tracking number soon after, and finally purolator picked up the package around 2:20 pm. Scheduled to deliver tomorrow.
Wonder how BLS manages these things if there is no consistent processing protocols to follow.

I think BLS will have it tomorrow (assuming all 3 process dates appeared yesterday), and could mail it out the same day. As @forw.jane said, get them to put a hold on it before then (preferably today itself). When is your travel date?

That's close. If BLS status shows Counter delivery this evening it could get mailed out tomorrow and delivered on Friday. But some have reported dispatch delays with Brampton. Also their status does not always update even after receiving OCI from CGI. Try to pickup tomorrow or Friday to be safe.

@eas2lv may be a repetitive question for you but BLS updated the info from "Processing at Consulate" to: Counter Delivery to BLS. What will be the next steps now?

In Vancouver I would expect it to take same time fresh OCI as the latter already taking 40+ days. But no real data on renewal. In any case, Jan 19th is far away -- you can wait a month and see how it goes.
