In Vancouver, looks like they are just getting to processing applications Acked on Oct 5th (one case shows processed today in the tracker). When is the travel date?
For entry visa, was it a walk-in application or postal? What does indiavisaonline (Visa status site) show? Sometimes BLS status is slow to update or misses updates.

Hi Thank you for getting back. We have travel date Jan/04.
For entry visa it was walk-in application and as per india visa online it shows Your visa application is Under Processing . I am aware we still have time but just trying to have everything in hand in advance and not being waiting until very last min.
Also for SON AKN Oct/05 should I apply entry visa or Should I wait ? I hope they don't delay entry visa's

You have plenty of time. Just relax. Visa will come in a couple of days. Son's OCI will not be far behind either.

Here is my timeline for walk-in OCI application at Brampton BLS:

App submitted Oct 3
Ack Oct 18
Doc printing Nov 8
Doc dispatched MEA Nov 9
Doc rec'd Toronto Nov 9
Delivered to me Nov 14 (looks like US service passport)

The lady at BLS told me that processing time is 4 - 6 weeks and it worked out to be right. If you're making travel plans, keep this timeline in mind.

If you're lucky, you may get in 4 weeks but if you're someone like me you'll still get in 6 weeks.

Admin could you please add me to the tracker, I've been following this thread for a while now. My application is for renewal (new booklet after 20) and my dates for Toronto jurisdiction are:

Application date (BLS Brampton walk-in): Oct 21
BLS status: Processing at CG

OCI website status: No records
