My OCI application status changed to incomplete/Incorrect Data but didn't recieve any email from BLS

My guess is I can hope to get it in Jan-Feb?

Between Jan 6 - 13 you will get it.

I have a couple of questions.
1) If our applications have been acknowledged (Nov.8 and 9) what is the probability they can still find something wrong with it?
2) Should I wait to book my my flights until I receive the OCIs in hand? -this will likely cost much more.
My travel plans are for Feb.7/8 and I can’t use an entry visa because the gov.in site says persons with entry visa have restrictions of staying on government sites? So I couldn’t stay with family there if I have entry visa?

1) Very little -- only issue I have seen people come across is photograph not usable -- in that case you will be asked to submit a new photo
2) Depends on what costs more -- book now with a tiny chance having to postpone or book later

As for entry visa restrictions are you referring to cantonment areas and similar? It may not apply to the residential regions --- check with the consulate.

FWIW, I have enabled projected completion dates for those still waiting for Ack.

Send an enquiry to the consulate -- this is a simple question that they would answer quickly. Also ask about permits for the same if restricted.

You are right. Status got updated to Counter delivery to BLS center after OCI stamping
