Guys, do photos need to have photographer stamp at the back? If not, I can probably click them with my own DSLR and have them printed from Walmart/Staples. Can't find anything relevant to this on BLS website. Please help.

Yes. The one who applied on 25th Aug got it in 5 weeks 5 days. Same for Toronto. Ottawa it is 10 weeks 5 days.
