Hi all, does anyone have an idea of wait times at BLS Montreal for OCI application documents submission?
Also:
While filling up the OCI application - In the passport details - do we have to mention the Canadian passport details on the cancelled Indian passport?

Hi All,

I did a postal application on Sept 22.
BLS tracker application date shows: Sept 29
BLS tracker status: Processing at Consulate General
Processing at Consulate General
Does this mean all documents are OK and have been sent to the Consulate to process OCI?

It shows no records on OCI status enquiry. Can someone confirm how long it will take to show on the OCI status enquiry?

So, things are really slow at Ottawa, but at least its moving.

So, things are really slow at Ottawa, but at least its moving.

Maybe in a day or two you should have update at BLS site for collection.

• Applied (in-person) in Toronto: 23rd September
• Status on BLS website: In processing at Consulate General
• Status on OCI website: No records found

I have similar timeline as yours. I applied on September 25th at BLS Toronto (in-person) and my status shows the same.

I have the exact same dates as you.
We should be able to track it on the OCI website after Oct 10, 2023 (based on current timelines)..
