I applied for my daughter's OCI Card (new). She is an infant so will her application be affected by the current ongoing issues between India and Canada? When should I expect any progress on her application?

Submitted an application to BLS on August 14th.
August 28 Application was returned because "baby's mouth was open in the picture".
Resubmitted the application on August 29th after submitting a new picture.

Application date on BLS website 07 - September 2023
BLS Toronto (Brampton).
