Have a question regarding Nexus... CBP seems to state explicitly that it is to travel between Canada and US. But say you are travelling into US from some other country, is it of any use (or perks at the airport) in that scenario?

You use the global entry lane in US and it also comes with TSA pre if one has a Canadian passport.
within Canada , there is an expedited entry for any domestic or international travel and designated kiosk/lane for international travel return.

Update: Received OCI yesterday through Purolator. Thanks everyone for your support. Took exactly SEVEN weeks end to end.

• 17th Jan (Tues): Submitted OCI documents at BLS Toronto in-person.
• 7th Mar (Tues): Received OCI through Purolator.

I tried to get a money order from Canada post as I don't have a checking account with physical bank. They are unable to fit "The Consulate General of India - Toronto". Anybody faced similar issue?

I had the same issue, I ended up ordering the money order from my bank instead and they were able to fit the entire name as requested on the BLS website

For Applying for OCI, Minor, Should we need to attach (NOC signed by both parents ) NOC letter also for children, i have seen that NOC form requires to attach parent's Photo. Please someone clarify Thank you

Yes, NOC in the case of children is required
Photos of both parents are required as well.

Looks like the question already asked, in my current Canadian Passport " Issuing Authority" is mentioned as "Scarborough"
In the OCI Application Place of Issue, I should mention Scarborough, not Toronto.
