No one is responding from High commission.
Not sure if BLS has any answers to that.
I am gonna take my chances as my travel is in 2 weeks and I waited for this like 3 months.
Maybe once I return, I will get it replaced.
I really wish Passport pages are not so sensitive in nature and they should get away with this.
Someone from Consulate OR BLS person mishandled this and we have to bear the consequences.

Depends on the jurisdiction , for Ottawa it took me around 2 months from the date of Acknowledgement
No one is responding from High commission.
Why aren't you trying to contact them on call or in person to inquire this, also to know if you can be allowed to travel with a torn page on your passport? - any wear and tear on a passport is highly risky, please don't assume things on your own and talk to them before your travel

OCI Site Acknowledgement :2 weeks from BLS Acknowledgement
OCI Site - To Print :3 weeks from OCI Acknowledgement
Delivery to home: 1 week after printing
this is average timeline for Toronto/Brampton

Mine also got updated today same above but only thing is that for Dispatched From MEA (OCI ) & Document received At are BLANK in the date column. But OCI number has been generated and updated in site.

Yes, once the OCI is received at the canadian consulate the rest of the updates are on the BLS site.

Just relax and you will be fine. My old passport had the same issue for 10 years which never caused any issue for me
but if you are worried then send an inquiry to BLS and take a print out of sent item or screen shot as a proof that you are working on it.
