next step will be to keep tracking BLS site for updates.
There will be no updates on OCI portal anymore.
Toronto area usually has 1-2 weeks post above status for delivery or pickup.

is there anyone here who has applied on spouse basis ?

All official documents say foreign spouses are eligible only after 2 years of marriage.
But when I went to CGI consulate, the officer told I need to wait for my wife to come, then wait for 6 months before being eligible.

We've been married since 30 months now but still not eligible for OCI

This hidden rule is shown nowhere.

is there anyone here who has applied on spouse basis ?

All official documents say foreign spouses are eligible only after 2 years of marriage.
But when I went to CGI consulate, the officer told I need to wait for my wife to come, then wait for 6 months before being eligible.

We've been married since 30 months now but still not eligible for OCI

This hidden rule is shown nowhere.

I believe that the marriage certificate (if you were married outside India) would need to be attested at some Canadian agency (I forget the name) and that attested copy would need to be presented for a spouse's OCI application.

My application status on BLS site changed in the evening from “processing at consulate general” to “Counter Delivery to BLS Centre after OCI stamping”

Is there another status update when OCI becomes available for in-person pick up?

Just to update my status on BLS Portal changed to: Passport ready For Collection after OCI stamping
I picked up wife's OCI from Purolator office today.

My OCI showing status "Counter Delivery to BLS Centre after OCI stamping " since this morning.

It takes around a day to change to "Passport ready For Collection after OCI stamping". Please see details in my signature.
