Based on my interaction with people here, it takes Purolator approx. 3 days to deliver.

It depends on location. it could also be next day

Yes, it usually does, in addition to SMS from Purolator.

Yes. But i found purolators update was faster update because you get sms around 2-3pm when they pickup stuff

How you choose to collect your OCI? Through their postal service or are you going in-person for pick up?

I am wondering if that factor's into how fast CGI pick-up your application.....

I submitted in-person at bramton on April 16th and opted to collect OCI in person. Still no records found in OCI website.

Submission was in-person but drop-off will be via Purolator.

Thank you, I tried creating a new one a million times and again when I tried to login it gives the same error. GRRRR its so annoying I called BLS to ask and the same response ' we are trying to fix it'.

Clear cache and try in Incognito mode. Should work.

I remember reading that you can search for Purolator's tracking no using the SC/OCI application number. Give it a try, or wait for the update from BLS. Either way, you'll probably get the delivery soon.

Very similar timeline, but from Ottawa. Nothing on the OCI website. The BLS tracking simply say that it received the application.

When do people usually see updates on the BLS page? Are they usually updated in the evening or do members here see updates anytime during the day?

BLS statuses are updated throughout the day. I suspect as and when our dear BLS folks work on your file. So kinda real-time.

In Ottawa, OCI Checklist, There is one requirement of Professional Details of Applicant, What needs to be attach it here ? Me and my spouse both are in Middle of Jobs. Is there any sample template to write a paper about the professional background?
Is this a Mandatory requirement?

If your company provides an employment letter, you can keep that.
else or if you are self employed, you can type a self declaratory letter explaining your work.

I included a letter from my employer. You can always include a letter describing your job if you are self-employed or in between jobs. Cheers!
