OCI process

I called BLS this morning at 8am, the customer service lady said, sir neither of your family members OCI is received at BLS. She said since you applied on Dec 28 you have to wait till end of this month to get the status updated.
Post this call I used the escalation matrix (level II) to escalate the issue for each application

And then at 9:15, Purolator knocks at my door with my OCI

But only your OCI is received, right? The other applications is still showing" Ready for Collection"?

Yes that's correct I received only my OCI card and the BLS tracking status is Counter delivery at BLS center after OCI stamping"
For my wife's and kids applications it says Ready for Collection and this status for them is since the time BLS returned original Indian Passport (they asked us to submit) it during the application

That is how they are using extra payment from other applicants...

People who didn't enroll in Courier service are getting benefits of the service.

Hi, my application date is on February 8.

On OCI tracking website, my status is showing as 'No Records Found'.

Also on BLS tracking site, it's been a week since the status is showing as Original documents dispatched via courier. I already got my original SC last week but still it's stuck on this status.

Are these statuses normal?

When I applied for OCI (on Feb 11), they took my surrender certificate original. Do you guys know how long does it take it to be returned ? I saw @msatishxp got the return status like in 5 days. My BLS status is says "Processing at consulate general" for both lines.

I already searched but couldn't find relevant info before. That's why I asked here. But now I'm searching again and am able to find something.

This is bizarre. I did not even pay for the courier fee
And I got the OCI card (just for myself) delivered by Purolator few mins ago. BLS tracker says: Counter Delivery to BLS Centre after OCI stamping
I still have no clue about the OCI status for my wife and my daughters. On OCI website there OCI is processed and printed on BLS website there is no update other than Ready for Collection. This status was updated on Jan 19 when the Indian Passports were sent back

Dear applicant,
Your may come and collect document. In order to collect the document in person (in case of adult, applicant is required to collect and in case of MINOR applicant, both parents are required to collect in person).

when tracking status of oci application, do you enter indian passport number or Canadian?
